End User Agreement
Any public or private use of Musical Needs LLC by the end user constitutes the
following binding agreement between the end user and Musical Needs LLC.
Information stored or retrieved on MusicalNeeds.com is for the specific mutually
beneficial use of its members. No information from this site may be sold or
reused for purposes not directly related to the mission and purpose of this
site.
Any Violation of this agreement will be met with immediate and permanant
dismissal of any and all use of MusicalNeeds.com Violations which result
identity theft, personal or property damage, and financial theft will result in
criminal prosecution.
Musical Needs LLC reserves the right to terminate membership of MuscialNeeds.com
based on the discretion and judgement of the CEO and Management of Musical
Needs
Musical Needs LLC will not be legally responsible for any disputes made between
its members regarding money or agreements.
By submitting the "Become A Member" form information on the MusicalNeeds.com
website, the end user agrees and promises to abide by the above policy upon
using any and all Musical Needs Services.
